A 40-acre, family-run Christmas tree farm in beautiful Lino Lakes, Minnesota, conveniently located in the North Metro of the Twin Cities — established in 2019 and with over 25,000 trees growing.

For 2026, we’re excited to offer 250+ cut-your-own 6–8 ft. Balsam Fir Christmas trees. We’ll also have 1,200+ fresh, locally grown pre-cut Christmas trees from 6–12 ft., including Balsam, Canaan, Fraser, Korean Fir and White Pine. With more than 400 trees on display at a time, you’ll have plenty to choose from in a festive, family-friendly setting.

Beyond the trees, we offer fresh wreaths, garland, porch pots and greenery, and enjoy the campfire, kids’ straw play area, Christmas music, vintage tractor, photo opportunities and free hot chocolate.

Supporting Our Community.

Community has been an important part of our farm from the beginning. In 2026, 6.5% of all sales will be donated to five local elementary school PTAs — Blue Heron, Centerville, Lino Lakes, Rice Lake and Turtle Lake.

Thanks to the support of our customers, Kavan Family Christmas Tree Farm has raised more than $14,000 for local schools since opening in 2024, and we’re excited to grow that impact along with the farm.
